Jane has been looking after my 1.5 yr old since the end of March. I was initially quite nervous about looking into childcare, and this was my first time doing so. My partner and I have little nearby family support, so we were really hoping that the person we found would feel like a part of the family and someone we felt really comfortable with - Jane has been this, and 10 times more!
From the first meeting and having a chat, I instantly loved her stance on childcare and it was really clear that interaction, communication, and responding to a child's needs were important to her. I have definitely seen this in the months that she has looked after my son. I am completely in awe of her energy and enthusiasm! Jane will take my son out all day - taking him to playgroups or parks where he will socialise with other children, and sometimes days just the two of them, exploring kew gardens or syon park. Jane is brilliant at keeping me posted throughout the day with videos and messages of the two of them having a great time.
Not only is Jane brilliant with my son, but she has also been so kind and sensitive towards my feelings throughout this time becoming a mother - taking the plunge into having someone else look after my son was a big deal to me, and Jane completely understood this. Some days I still have a wobble, and Jane puts me at ease and shows so much compassion.
I am so pleased that Jane is a part of our lives and hope she will be for more years to come!

Jane came to our rescue during the first few months of life with 'two under two'! She was an incredible help to me during this time and not only helped me to look after both little people, but she was also kind and considerate making sure I was looking after myself too. Which is what every new mum needs in their life. She has abundant energy, was always punctual and reliable. If you want someone who puts 100% into their job, then look no further. From the minute she arrived in the morning, it was action stations and although the job was incredibly physically demanding at times (with a super energetic toddler (occasionally prone to terrible twos...) and newborn), she remained unflappable. My two year old got a lot out of our 'Jane days' and particularly loved her creative flair. Lots of cute touches such as teddy bear tea parties, fun ways to eat food and some of the best elf of the shelf work i've seen around! My toddler still asks me now 'where's jane?!'. Would definitely recommend to other families looking for a trustworthy nanny.

Jane is amazing. She has been looking after our son since he was 10 months old and he absolutely adores her. I was anxious initially about leaving our little boy with someone new, but also really wanted to get back to running my business and have more of a balance with childcare.
The minute I met Jane all my worries disappeared, she is so thoughtful and experienced and knows exactly how to engage with little ones. My son instantly warmed to her and now he always has a huge grin on his face whenever she comes to the door.
Jane knows a lot about the local playgroups and activities, so he has been getting to spend lots of time with other children and is much more confident and sociable. I love seeing the pictures and videos during the day of what he is up to!
I feel so much happier now that I have more of a balance with childcare and my work, and completely trust Jane to give him the care and attention he needs as well as a wonderful, fun experience every time she is with him. She really goes above and beyond!

Jane has been my daughter's nanny for almost a year now and what a journey it has been! From an inquisitive 1 year old baby to a 2 year old social butterfly ready for the nursery.
When my little one turned 1 I needed to find a more stable childcare and after deciding to give it a go with nanny option, a few short engagements, some not very pleasant encounters - I found Jane. Right from the start I could tell that she is very experienced by the way she approached my child, engaged with her and started to build the relationship one step at the time. Also, she knows all about children's local events, playgroups, libraries, playgrounds.. anything and everything that will keep little balls of energy entertained.
Jane is very knowledgeable about various milestones in the early development and can speak from experience which helped me many times during her engagement.
If you are after reliable, local nanny definitely consider Jane and hopefully she will be able to help you, nurture and guide your little one(s) to become more confident and independent little humans.

Jane started to look after our 2 sons when they were only 3 months and 22 months old and she has been great with both of them. When we first met Jane, she made great connection with my older son by talking to him at his level, knees on the floor and our son loved her straight away. Jane loves kids, she is fun and creative. She talks a lot to both of them and she always thinks of new activities. I like the fact that she is taking them out every week even if the weather is miserable. She takes them to parks like Kew Gardens, Richmond park, museums and to the library as well. Jane is full of little touches like hiding chocolates in our house for our older son, placing hand picked flowers from our son in a glass on our dinner table, nice celebration cards and drawings from my son with nice messages. As a family, we are always very happy to see her. In other words, Jane is a gem so do not hesitate to meet her, you will love her!

It’s been 6 months since Jane has looked after our little boy, and he still asks about Jane and includes her in his play tea parties (there’s always a piece of cake for Jane too).
Jane is a superb nanny, who manages to find just the right balance to our toddler who loves to test boundaries, somehow Jane can be both a firm guiding hand and fun loving nurturing presence. Most impressively Jane has bounds of energy to keep up with our VERY busy boy! Unfortunately starting nursery school meant we had to say goodbye to Jane.

Jane started looking after my little boy in November when he was 15 months old. He had never been left with anyone except family previously but I need not have worried - he settled immediately and now age 19 months he actively looks for her and calls her name and is excited to see her on the days she cares for him. He trusts and loves her and so do we! We are so upset that our move away from Twickenham means no longer having Jane available to care for our little one. I wish I could take her with us! Many people who know me have commented after seeing my child out and about with Jane how great she is. She constantly engages with him with fantastic energy and fun and attentive care. We will miss her greatly, even though she has only been working with us for a short while. I would not hesitate to recommend her services.

We are so grateful Jane came into our lives just under 3 years ago.
She looked after our (then 2 month old) daughter from Oct 2014 - Sep 2016.
After having a new baby, losing my Mother and moving to a completely new area all at once I desperately needed someone I could completely trust, and someone who could help and advise me. Along came Jane... She was and still is a huge part of our lives, we could not have been without her. She is an incredible Nanny with a wealth of knowledge and experience with young children. Our daughter absolutely adores her and we are lucky to live close so we still get to see her and her wonderful son Gabriel on a regular basis.

We have had the pleasure of Nanny Jane looking after our children for nearly two years. She looked after my son when he was a young baby (8 months) and then more recently as a 3-4 year old. We couldn't recommend her highly enough. She is hugely experienced and very knowledgeable in childcare and really loves children. She's always very upbeat and really good fun. She is very focused on child development and organises activities that are engaging and educational. My son expressed an interest in space so she took him to the science museum and they then made a space helmet and read lots about space, which he teaches me about! She's a great cook - healthy vegetarian and the whole family love her food. When my children are with her I know I don't need to worry about them. We have just come back from a long Easter break and my children really missed her and were so happy to see her again. My son starts school in September so we won't need full time care, which we are all very sad about as Nanny Jane makes our life so much easier.
