We booked Rachel to look after our 11 month old during our wedding for a nearly 13 hour slot. Having never used a child minder before, and with the event being so important, we were slightly nervous at the thought of leaving our son in the care of someone who wasn’t family.
However from start to finish Rachel was communicative, reliable, friendly and most importantly absolutely fantastic with our son. Rachel handled everything our son needed for the duration and nothing was too much to ask. Many of our guests on the day commented on just how wonderful Rachel was and how much our son was clearly enjoying her company. This completely put our mind at ease, and we can honestly say that without Rachel there our day simply would not have been as perfect as it was.
Most of our guests actually started just referring to Rachel as Mary Poppins!!
We cannot thank or recommend Rachel enough and will without doubt be booking her again if the opportunity arises.

Rachel has been looking after my twins for over a year, she is amazing with them. My twins love her, she takes them on the most loviest days out with loads of new experiences for them. Rachel also was at my wedding as a wedding Nanny the day went so smooth because of Rachel and we couldn’t of asked for her to do anything more at all. We can thank Rachel enough for all her help and will be using her for years to come xxx

I first made contact with Rachel and she was kind and polite. She arranged to come to my home and bring her certificates and DBS check and meet my two children (who are 3 years and 8 months old).
On initial meeting she was polite, warming and just a generally nice person who my children instantly warmed too.
Initially I was anxious about getting help in (we don't get much support from family…and we don’t really like to ask family as they’re all busy with work etc also). It was daunting for us to get external help from someone, as my son hasn’t long started nursery and my 8 month old is going through a clingy phase, but I knew it was important for me and my husband to spend some time together. Rachel really really put me at ease over all this, and after the initial meeting I knew I had made the right choice.
On the date we arranged, Rachel arrived on time, and was polite and professional.
My children warmed to her instantly. She even provided me with text updates throughout the time she was booked for, and she didn’t mind me texting her asking how the children were. When we returned home, the place was lovely and tidy (probably tidier than we left it) and the children were both very happy and so content.
We have booked Rachel on multiple dates in the near future, and would honestly not hesitate to recommend her to anyone! Honestly she is like super nanny with the children!

What a lovely lady! I needed Rachel’s help very last minute and she came to the rescue! We dropped off our three kids to her home and they had the best time. My kids didn’t want to come home! I can’t recommend her enough, the kids did so many fun activities even in just the few hours they were there for and they’ll be going there again :)

Rachel is a fantastic lady who has been looking after my son for a little while now & I would honestly not go with anyone else. She is so charismatic with children & has a lovely postive attitude. She took my son out for the day as I needed to work from home and at short notice she came straight from work to help me out. My son had so much fun with her all day & came home full of smiles and slept amazing that night.
Cannot recommend this lovely lady enough.

Rachel messaged me in regards to the job add I posted and the message was very polite and professional. Out of everyone that messaged me Rachel was the only person to have reviews which is a BIG thing for me as a parent and a person.
After messaging a few times I felt at ease and happy with the choice I made. I asked if Rachel could come around to my home the day before she was due to look after my son which she happily agreed to do which was fantastic as she got to meet Jack and vice versa. Jack felt very comfortable with her and that made our decision even easier. She arrived early and brought all her certificates that she has which I looked over.
The next day she arrived early again but Jack was so tired he was already in bed but Jack can be very difficult of a night and Rachel was fine with that she asked us what we would normally do if he wakes up and we left for the evening.
I have a camera in Jack's room so I knew he woke up while we were out and Rachel walked in settled him down and he fell back asleep and stayed that way all night.
Even though the evening was uneventful for Rachel her level of professionalism was very high and didn't mind me calling her to see how things were going. I will deffianly use Rachel again 100%

Thank you Rachel so much for minding my 2 year old son, after speaking to a few people I was unsure on what help to get as I am single mum with zero help. Rachel was kind, professional and warming and me and my son gor an instant connection with her. I have been struggling with bedtime routines, and for the first time in 2 years he is settled in bed by 8pm! I cannot reccomend this wonderful woman enough xx

My son absolutely loves it when he’s left with Rachel. Couldn’t recommend highly enough it’s so hard finding someone to trust with your kids.

I have two small children that Rachel helped babysit for an evening to give me some much needed mumma ‘me’ time. Rachel was great with following a bedtime routine with my 4 year old and following instructions for self settling my 1 year old. She was punctual, friendly and easy going.

Rachel had my 3 youngest children for me while me and my partner attended a wedding. She was really flexible with times that I needed her and my children had a lovely time with her. My 2 yr old made a lovely new friend in her daughter and still keep shouting her name. Will definitely be using Rachel again in the future and would highly recommend her.
