Al has looked after my two children (6, 9) for 18 months and I really couldn’t be happier with the care she provides. She creates a calm but fun environment, she teaches them all sorts of interesting things as well as providing lots of outdoor play. She is loving, patient, completely engaged and totally unflappable. She’s also flexible and reliable. You really couldn’t ask for more.

Alison was our babysitter then childminder and now continues to babysit for us. Our son was 4 months when first babysat by her, and 13 months when he started with her 4 days a week. He loved her from the outset and looked forward to being with her. She is very kind and gentle with the kids, sets them clear boundaries, makes day-to-day life fun for them, has excellent initiative and really gets down on the floor and plays with them. I really like that she is so experienced, and she is always very calm which I think is an important trait with kids. She taught our son his good manners! Her communication with me is excellent. I would highly recommend Alison.
