Gemma was employed as a nanny to our daughter Neve formk the age of 1 to nearly 4, shared with another family with two daughters aged 1 and 5. Gemma worked for us full time, 4 days a week. Gemma’s employment was terminated due to our family leaving the UK.

On a personal level, Gemma was an absolutely wonderful nanny and I could not recommend her highly enough.
The girls absolutely loved her, and they were vey sad to have to leave her. Gemma is efficient ,reliable, friendly and an absolute pleasure to have around, and has taught our daughter to be confident, polite and considerate.
Gemma collected Neve from our home every morning, and was extremely punctual and reliable on all occasions. She went to great lengths to ensure the girls were exposed to a variety of activities and adventures on a daily basis, as well providing home cooked meals each day to a very high standard.

Best nanny for 3 years

Gemma has been our nanny for the past three years and we sadly had to give up her outstanding care due to relocation. We set up a wonderfully nanny share arrangement with another family which worked beautifully for us and our daughter. Gemma has truly become a part of our family and will be sorely missed. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Kind, caring and experienced nanny

Gemma has worked with us for 3 years (since January 2016), looking after my two daughters. She started when my youngest was 10 months and my eldest was 6 years old. Gemma is amazing at her job - she is incredibly professional providing advice and guidance, and at the same time she is one of the most caring and loving people I know. Gemma competently manages everything childcare-related, is excellent at multi-tasking and goes above and beyond to make sure our girls are cared for, stimulated, and have fun. She potty trained my youngest at 21 months, has advised and helped me with difficult bedtimes, and encouraged my eldest daughter to practice her trumpet playing every evening so that she's now playing in concerts! Gemma has become part of our family and we would recommend her to anyone looking for a nanny.

Our nanny for 3.5 years

Gemma has been our nanny for 3.5 years, looking after our 3 children for first 3, then 4 days a week. The children are now 10, 8 and 4 but were much younger when Gemma started and she has supported them through lots of stages of growing up. Gemma has been a great nanny; totally reliable but also flexible and fun. Our children love her. Gemma is only leaving us because our youngest is now starting school.

Nanny reference

Gemma joined our family in May 2014, at the time our boys were 16months and 3 years. Gemma has been an amazing nanny and helped ease us into having a nanny with her great ability of getting to know the children and engaging them with activities that are appropriate for their ages.
I would highly recommend Gemma as a nanny she has great skills to look after children.

Excellent Nanny

Gemma Booker has been a Nanny to my son for the past year. I would recommend her to everybody. She is excellent with children. My son adores her and I am sad that he is leaving her but this is purely for location purposes as we are moving house.
