We started using Joe to help our youngest when she was in reception and was struggling to keep up with her phonics. Joe made learning for her really good fun and made a massive difference to her phonics, her reading and her overall confidence. She really looks forward to him coming and he’s done so well with her.
We also then got Joe to help our other two kids (year 1 and year 4) and with him he was also fantastic.
I would really recommend Joe as a great teacher, who makes learning fun and who we trust implicitly with our kids.

We hired Joe over Covid first, to help out with leaning for our girls. He was incredibly warm and they felt so safe and encouraged by him. He taught them Maths in an unthreatening manner, and this was especially important as they both are dyslexic. They felt confident in the classroom after learning from Joe

Joe is a fantastic teacher. His style really animates and engages my kids (2 fidgety boys!) - he’s fun, warm, emotionally intelligent but firm and focussed too.

Joe is an experienced professional teacher who has very individual pedagogical approach to each child’s needs. Joe looked after my son, who is 7 years old, and immediately established a very good relationship, so my son couldn’t wait for the next session and counted days.
