I have know Solene since 2021 as after-school nanny for my two children (aged 7 and 5). In addition, Solene has also supported our family as a nanny during school holidays.
Through the years Solene has looked after my kids and performed diligently throughout her tenure. She is highly motivated to learn as much as she can and perform exceptionally well by utilizing her best capabilities. She frequently devoted herself for long hours to develop lesson and play plans for my children. Specifically, she is very skilled in:
- Supervising children and caring for their needs
- Organising day activities and trips for children
- Planning, preparing and monitoring play and learning routines
Solene has many strengths but her main strength, according to my observation, is her talent to motivate children while keeping it fun fun fun. She always seemed genuinely interested in children's emotional well being and well rounded development. She has always presented new ways of learning that captured their attention. She is very reliable, trustworthy, motivated, and able to make herself tune-up with the requirements of family and children. In summary, Solene possesses all qualities that make a nanny / baby sitter experience stress free for the parents and kids.
