Lesley looked after 2 of my children from when they were 10 months old until the eldest was 4.5 and the youngest was 3 years old when we left London.
I can not recommend Lesley highly enough. We worked together as a partnership. She has a fantastic understanding of children and is able to provide them with love while teaching them how to behave as part of a social group.
Lesley is a great believer of making sure that children get the right balance of physical activity, mental stimulation and down time.
It was fantastic to find such an amazing and trustworthy childminder. I was very sad when she refused to leave London to continue looking after my children.

Lesley gives 100% to the children in her care, they are her priority.
The children are taken to playgroups, the park, the Zoo, Museums, etc. My son was with Lesley for over 7 years and still talks fondly of the outings they went on.
In my personal opinion she's Wonderwoman

Lesley cared for my daughter Holly for 2 years, from the age of 1 to 3 1/2, and Holly adored her - she still talks about her 4 years on! Lesley is an absolutely wonderful childminder and a natural with children. She makes sure that the their days are filled with fun indoor and outdoor activities, and also spends time at the local drop in nurseries where the children can mix with other little ones. As parents, we were kept fully up-to-date with their progress throughout the days and weeks. Lesley offers the children in her care a fun-filled, stable, loving environment in which they feel happy, comfortable and safe. As a result, Holly is a bright loving, enthusiastic children with excellent communication skills and respect for others, attributes which we feel that Lesley has had a big part to play in during her early years. Finally, Lesley clearly adores all her children in her care, which is everything we as a family could wish for.

My son went to Lesley's from the time he was a year until he started school at 4. My daughter was with Lesley from 6 months.
Lesley taught me alot about how children learn, and it was great to have someone who knew the ropes on our side. I always felt that Lesley was totally engaged with both my kids; that she liked and understood them.
When my son was nervous about going to nursery school, Lesley worked with the managers of a local nursery to introduce him to the idea very gradually, while she was at a playgroup in the same centre, to give him a bit of independence but so that he would know where she was.
I'm certain a large part of my kid's outgoing, independent nature comes from spending time with Lesley. I'd highly recommend her as a childminder.

It was such a pleasure to work along side you creating these wonderful individuals. I'm sure they will go on to make their mark in life ?
Lesley looked after our first daughter Maggie from
6 mo, when I returned to work full time. She really tbonded with maggie quickly ensuring she had lots of settling sessions and sending me photos to reassure me throughout. Maggie loved the other children and the play groups and developed hugely under Lesley's care. We later moved away from the area which is the only reason why we left Lesley but we miss her still!

She is missed by us too x
Lesley looked after both my Son who is now 6 from the age of 6months and my daughter who is now 4 up until recently. She is a wonderful Childminder who puts the families needs first. I do not believe my children would have such excellent speech and developmental skills, had it not been for Lesley. I have also recommended friends to her service who have also been bowled over by her professionalism and love for her job and the children. Every day in every week was a different activity/trip etc. My children after holidays were itching to get back to Lesley much to mine and my husbands delight. It made going back to work less nerve racking and worrying and I am eternally grateful we found her when we did.
