Amazing !!

Lovely very reliable young lady who was able to help last minute.
Was very good with both my children who seemed to take to her very quickly. Came in and got stuck in straight away with my children.
very experienced lady !

Unreliable

Didn't even turn up for an interview, had every opportunity to call or text us, but just didn't turn up. No communication since despite the fact that she has clearly logged on and seen our messages.
