The very loveliest of Nannies

Zoe has been our Nanny for 5 years now, with a further 2 years as a Nanny before we found her, and prior to that she had worked as a Nursery Nurse for over a decade. Her length of time with us should probably tell you how much we all love her, but in brief she has made the most phenomenal contribution to raising our daughter, along with the other children we have shared her with. She is extraordinary with babies, establishing routines and impeccable behaviour in moments, which frankly has left me in awe (first-time mother here!), while the transition to toddler-dom was filled with fun, sometimes low-key, sometimes very much not - and now that our daughter is at school, Zoe is breezing through the transition, incorporating playdates, homework and the new routine that entails. She of course has all of the usual qualifications that one might expect - but perhaps more tellingly, we actually converted our loft so that she could continue working for us! I would be so more than happy to speak to anyone who might consider sharing with us going forward. Sasha x
