Fantastic nanny

Gabi was our temporary nanny for 6 weeks in February / March 2022, she looked after 3 girls aged 18 months to 3 from 3 different families at my house, whilst their regular childminder was off sick. They had a really good routine, in the mornings they did activities at home or at local playgroups, Gabi prepared them lunch then they had quiet time/naps early afternoon followed by more activities and dinner prepared by Gabi. All the children warmed to her quickly and they established a really good bond with her, the house was a fun place to be! Gabi planned and cooked all the meals and snacks which were healthy with lots of variety. She kept all the parents up to date with what the children had been up to during the day.

When we heard our childminder needed to take time off we were really concerned that the children would be disrupted, wouldn't settle and it would be a difficult few weeks, but we couldn't have had a better outcome, our children were all very happy.

As the host I found Gabi personable and very easy to have around, I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable nanny! My daughter talks bout Gabi all the time and we will be meeting up with her and her daughter in the future.

Our nanny for 3 great years!

Gabi has been nanny to our 3 children (boy 9 and girls 7 and 3) for 3 years now, from Summer 2014 to Summer 2017. During that time she has become a part of the family and my 'right-hand-person' at home. She has always been very caring and loving to our kids and I know they, in return, love her too. As our youngest daughter is entering reception in September we no longer need a full-time nanny and it is with sadness that we are saying goodbye.

During our 3 years together Gabi has been very trustworthy and totally competent. She has prepared fresh healthy food from scratch, including weaning our youngest. She has organised after-school and holiday activities for all the children and is very happy hosting play dates, helping with homework, going to play-groups, organising outings etc.

She has helped all the children develop - from potty training our youngest to helping the older children learn to read. She is very patient with them and helps them understand it is important to do their best. She is ofsted registered and first aid trained which has always made me feel totally confident of her abilities. She will be a real asset to her next family.
