Experienced and very caring childminder

Cheryl child minded my son for over a year from 12 months old and really made going back to work less of a stress for me. She was very understanding of the needs of my breastfed baby during the settling in period and had to pretty much cuddle/carry him for the first month while he got settled in a new environment. She is a naturally kind and patient person. He loved his time there and his file after a year showing all the fun and creative things he'd done was amazing! Cheryl sent me photos now and then to show me what he was up to, or texted when I'd been worried about him to let me know he was OK in the day. She just generally went the extra mile to reassure me and make sure he was having a fun time. Cheryl is very conscious of health and safety and I could always trust her to tell me if he had been a bit under the weather, fallen over etc. The children often went on outings, especially in the big summer holidays and after a year he was really part of the family there. So sad we moved and couldn't take Cheryl in our suitcases with us! When you get a childminder, you really get a whole family, and it's not just Cheryl but also her husband and lovely children that made my son's time there special. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and if/when we move back to the area I will be banging her door down for a place!
Great back garden with loads of play things, food was varied, no animals to worry about, fantastic clear contract so never any misunderstandings.

Amazing

An amazing childminder, my little boy recently started with Cheryl and throughly enjoys it.
At the beginning my little boy was a little unsettle but now loves going and has made lovely relationships with the other children and Cheryl and her family.
I really enjoy hearing what he has been up to and what new things he has been doing.
Cheryl provides a lot of activities and keeps the children entertained well.
She provides lovely food and snakes and juice throughout and puts your mind at ease knowing he is in good hands.
If you had to recommend a childminder I would recommend Cheryl to everyone she has built such a lovely relationship with my son and I know he is receiving the care and activities to develop him at the best of his ability from her while I'm at college. A lovely lady

Excellent service

Lovely family oriented but professional lady, who ensure a variety of activities both indoor and out are undertaken, which has vastly improved my daughter's speach, interaction and social skills since being there for over a year now. Cheryl is more than competent in looking after, teaching and inspiring every child she has, with age and ability being no barrier. Would highly recommend to anyone.
