I am an enthusiatic and passionate Welsh speaker who has worked within Welsh medium only and bilingual nurseries.
I strongly believe that children need to experience the outdoors themselves come rain or shine for them to flourish emotionally, mentally and physically.
My Experience
I have deputy manager experience of a nursery setting,
-Room leader for a "Toddler Room" (18-24months)
- Experience in the baby room (6weeks-1yrs) & pre-school children.
Furthermore, I was stand in chef at a nursery setting so I can cook healthy, nutritious meals (without added salt or sugar) that are tailored specifically for children and can also cater for dietary requirements.
I have training in cooking with children also and I believe that simple food prep involvement allows children to gain understanding of food preparation hygiene, understand the health benefits and properties of food and gain understanding and knowledge of other cultures, but more importantly it's fun!
