About Me
I am not currently looking for a full-time role, but I am available for babysitting and ad hoc nannying.
I am Qualified Norland Nanny and Mum of a little boy aged 10. I have 22 years experience in childcare and ideally looking for a family needing a nanny to play, cook and generally have fun!
I qualified in July 2002. I have worked with a variety of families and my current position has been for 3 years and naturally ending, I was in a previous role for 3 years and it is come to an end due to the family taking advantage of the 30 hour funding and my previous family was for nearly 10 years. This position came to an end as the youngest child started secondary school in the September 2013, and they no longer require childcare.
I have a little boy of my own who is nine in September 2021. My son currently joins me at work after school and in the holidays, I have previously used clubs too. I live in Tadley with my Husband.
I feel being a mum has taught me a lot and added to my experience and qualifications and looking forward to sharing my experience, knowledge and activities with some new little ones.
I have a firm approach to discipline and feel boundaries do need to set, but I like to work with the family and work out ideas which will keep everyone safe and well mannered. This obviously depends on the age of the children and the approach required.
My Experience
I qualified from the Norland College in 2002.
I have worked with a variety of families since then and a whole variety of ages and abilities. In that time I have encountered many a different situation and feel I have learnt much from it, I like New challenges and being busy.
I love cooking and can prepare majority of meals but I especially enjoy baking, we have created some 'masterpieces' in my current job for school projects and sometimes just to enjoy when friends are over. looking forward to sharing some cake and cookie making when my little one is big enough!
I also enjoy creative and messie play, which has led onto creating some brilliant end results or just for fun!
we love exploring out and about and going to the park, swimming and anything else that might take our fancy.
I have had experience from Newborn and into Secondary School and everything in between!

My Fees
- Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
This is flexible according to hours / days needed. I usually charge £15 - £20 gross per hour, this depends on available hours.
Babysitting is from £10 per hour.
