Our experience with Zainab and her team

My son’s nursery closed quite unexpectedly and I had to find an alternative care due to being a full time working mum. On the first visit we were shown around the whole setting and my son was an awe of the playrooms. She was very welcoming and accommodating to my hours of work.
My son will be beginning the journey for ASD assessment and he has needs that needed to be catered to. I provided them with a booklet about my son with his dislikes, likes, favourite foods, etc and they were more than happy to cater to these.
My son loves puzzles, it calms him and regulates him, they let him freely play with puzzles and he always came home so happy that he got to do that.
Every time I picked up or dropped off there was always a warm and welcoming atmosphere at the door.
I loved all the services which were provided (half term care, summer holidays care, school drop offs) and I’m so gutted that the school pick ups have stopped as we would have stayed for much longer!

Amazing childminder !

Zainab is an absolutely amazing childminder and I couldn’t recommend her enough. From the very start she was warm, welcoming and caring . You can really see how much love and attention she puts into her care.
What stood out to me the most was how understanding and accommodating she was . Whenever I needed flexibility she handled everything with patience and kindness. There was never any judgement or negativity, just constant professionalism and compassion. That kind of attitude makes such a big difference as a parent and isn’t something you come across often.
Her communication was always excellent . I always felt informed and confident about my daughter’s day, her progress and her wellbeing. I never once felt anxious leaving my child with her because I knew she was in safe, capable and loving hands.
The environment she creates is calm, nurturing and supportive, it’s clear she truly cares about the children she looks after, not just as a job but as a responsibility she takes with heart.
I genuinely have nothing negative to say about my experience with Zainab. She made what can be a stressful part of parenting feel safe and manageable, and that’s something I’ll always be grateful for. Any parent would be lucky to have their child in her care!

Best childminder

Very satisfied with my daughter's nanny and assistant. My daughter started going to this place when she was 10 months old. At first I was very skeptical because I had never left my little one with strangers. Over time, my daughter got used to it, she stays willingly and I pick her up after a full day with a smile. We have been going to the nanny for 5 months now. 3 days a week. I am very grateful to you for taking care of my daughter while I work.

Amazing

I can't say enough good things about Zainab. As a working parent, I needed someone with a flexible schedule, and she has been a lifesaver. She is always willing to adjust her hours to accommodate my occasional late nights or last-minute changes.
But more than just flexibility, Zainab provides a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment for my child. She engages her in fun activities, encourages her creativity, and always makes sure she feels loved and cared for. I also appreciate the open communication – Zainab always keeps me informed about my child's day and any concerns that may arise. I highly recommend her to any parent looking for a reliable, caring, and flexible childminder.

EXCELLENT

My son began attending Zaynabs when he was 9 months old and has stayed with her the remainder of his early years time.
Zaynabs setting offers a personal touch and she has practically remodelled her house for the children in her care – she truly goes above and beyond. Zaynabs setting offers regular outings, which unlike nursery gives the opportunity for children to explore and be adventurous, which I love as they will be spending most of their childhood education sat behind a desk. I’m now continuing to use Zaynab as my after school childcare provider. I cannot recommend her highly enough, she cares so much about the children in her care and I’m fortune enough that my son is one of those children.”

Like a Second Home for Our Daughter

As full-time working parents, finding the right childcare for our daughter was one of the most important and emotional decisions we had to make. Our daughter has been with Zainab since she was just 3 months old, and now she is nearly 4.

Before choosing Zainab’s setting, we visited several others, but our daughter would often become upset and cry when others tried to hold her. However, during our first visit with Zainab, it was completely different—our daughter was calm, smiling, and even giggling in the arms of both Zainab and Nosheen. That initial warmth and connection gave us a strong sense of reassurance.

I was naturally hesitant about sending my baby to a childminder at such a young age, but Zainab and her team did everything they could to put us at ease. They regularly sent pictures and videos to keep us updated and even created a personalised routine book for our daughter, which meant so much to us.

Over the years, our daughter has always looked forward to going to the setting. She’s grown in so many ways—she knows all her colours, shapes, numbers, and alphabet, and her speech has developed beautifully.

While she has occasionally come home with minor bruises or scratches, we understand this is part of the natural learning and exploring process at her age. As long as she remains safe and does not sustain any serious injuries, we accept that these little marks are simply part of her adventurous spirit and healthy development.

We are truly grateful for the loving, safe, and nurturing environment Zainab has created. The impact it has had on our daughter’s growth and happiness is immeasurable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better start in her early years.

Wonderful with SEND children

My daughter stayed at this setting twice a week from September to July. My daughter is under referral for Autism and started non verbal. They catered to her needs and worked along me and SALT to help her, giving her 1:1 sessions to help her.

She has learnt many things from this childminder and the staff, repeating songs, the morning stretches they do, has learnt to push herself on a swing and ride a scooter. My daughter has loved this setting and I'm sad to be leaving them due to her turning 4 and going to reception.

They have been kind and welcoming, listening to everything I've said, if my daughter refused breakfast at home, they have made sure she's eaten, if she's not slept well, they have put her down for a nap. I have had pictures sent of activities she has been up to and at pick up they give me a quick run down of how she's been, any concerns (she didn't eat much etc) and made sure I'm aware.

I am so glad I found Zainabs childminder and if I ever need someone to care for my daughter I will definitely be returning!

2 year old class

My son has been attending the setting for 6 months and has been well looked after. He is very picky with his eating and requires extra attention but Zainab and Ashi especially went out her way to make sure he ate. He now eats a variety of food and has learnt a lot academically. He has learnt colours, shapes and letters in just a few months and has really grown in confidence. I would definitely recommend zainabs setting to anyone looking for a reliable and kind childminder and especially for those parents that feel like their child isn’t quite ready for that big jump into a big nursery setting

Excellent childminder

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Wonderful Childminder

I first found Zainub after reading great reviews online, and I'm so glad I did. From the very first visit, she and her team were incredibly warm, welcoming, and accommodating. I started sending my eldest child to her when they were just one year old—now they’re four, and their younger siblings also attend the setting.

Zainub and her team have built such a loving, safe, and happy environment that my children genuinely look forward to going there. As a parent, finding someone you can fully trust with your children is rare—but I can honestly say I trust Zainub and her team with all my heart. They are not just trustworthy, but truly caring and dedicated.
