About Me
Hi, I am an OFSTED OUTSTANDING registered childminder, I became an official Quality Assured and an accredited member of the childminding network in 2013. I have been a registered childminder for 13 years. I have childminded 70 children during that time and in various age groups from 5months -14years.
I live with my husband, 15 year old son, and 10month old, I am currentlyon maternityleave and ready to open up my setting again from 2026 when my baby will be 1 year old.
We live in a 2 double bedroom apartment situated in Bromley-by-bow, where transport is not a problem as I have an underground station (District & Hammersmith line) also DLR and various buses as little as 5 minutes away from my house.
I also speak fluent English and Bengali, but I adapt to different languages, as all the children I childmind for are from all different backgrounds, and English is not always their 1st language.
Also, I have a walk-in centre & pharmacy downstairs from my apartment and parks/playgroups at walking distance from me, where I regularly attend with the children.
I have always worked with children and enjoy spending time with them, and provide a stimulating educational /reliable, playful service which meets the EYFS and childrens needs.
I closed for maternity leave for 1st time and am ready for the re opening, with my 1-year-old boy. I am very excited to meet new children and families again and help each child thrive in all areas of learning.
My Experience
I have been working as a qualified childminder for over 9 years, I have gained a lot of experience and knowledge over the years, I am currently childminding 2 children aged 1 and 2.
I aim to help develop the childrens development stages, socially, physically, intellectually and emotionally by means of age and stage appropriate toys, activities and outings. I encourage all children to embrace diversity and respect the beliefs and feelings of others whilst improving their everyday skills through practice and play. I have managed to get all the children all ready for school when they are school age, .and they have transitioned very well after they leave.
I was inspected by Ofsted and rated a OUTSTANDING childminder which was my 2nd visit from them in October 2018. my first visit I received GOOD.

My Fees
- Childminding from £12.50 per hour
£7.50 hourly for school pick ups or £60 daily for full day depending on food requirements.
I am now offering 2/3 year old funding if applicable by parents,
And also offering the 3/4year old funding from goverment towards costs of the childcare payments.

Amina has looked after our little girl since between the age of 2.5 years old to present (3.5 years old). I don’t have a single bad word to say about Amina. Our daughter has developed so much in comparison to the local nursery that she was in before we went to Amina. We get updates every lunch time with photos so it’s nice to see what our daughter has been up to. Amina is very accommodating to our needs. If I need to drop off our daughter earlier than usual then Amina can accommodate this. Our daughter is a fussy eater but when she is at Amina’s she eats everything that is offered to her. We are still with Amina and I highly recommend her to any parent.

Amina took care of our son Filip for 8 months and we cannot wish a better person to look after him. We were heartbroken when we moved and had to take Filip out of Amina's care. He started going there when he was 11 months old and he was happy in her care from the beginning. Amina creates warm and welcoming environment and has a great connection with all children. Based on progress of our son, she is also very focused on the skills and personality development. We would also like to mention her excellent communication with parents and her precise paperwork. We can highly recommend Amina, she was Filip's first childminder and we couldn't be happier with her services.

Amina is a fantastic childminder. She is really caring and dedicated to supporting the children in her care to learn and develop; my daughter loved going to her. Amina is passionate and knowledgeable and really tailors her care to the needs of the individual child. For example, my daughter took a bit longer to get the hang of walking and Amina did so much to encourage her to feel more confident, it made a real difference. I would gladly recommend her to anyone.
