My name is Samantha I am 26 years old currently living in poplar
I have 9 years experience working with children and am extremely hardworking individual. I am reliable and trustworthy and have a positive attitude., I am an enthusiastic worker and can use my own initiative when working with children.
I have experience working with children from the age of 3 months to 5 years I feel that the children I work with I always build a good bond with them as well as with their parents ensuring that parents know that I value their input into their child's development this enables me to provide your child with the best care that I can give for them.
I am currently searching for a nannying job which will allow my 9 month old daughter to be with me during the day, I am confident in my abilities to care for more then one child as I have worked in busy nursery settings in the past and have also recently been babysitting children whilst my daughter was present with me
I am first aid trained.
I am willing to travel.
Whilst working at my current job I have undertaken various training courses. e.g.Phonics training, Physical development training and supporting children with additional needs training
During the day I will provide children in my care with numerous activities that will help them in there learning and development I will also be taking the children out on regular trips for example to the playgroups, children's centres, parks and farms.
Activities that I will introduce to the children would be messy play this could be playdough, painting, exploring different textures, musical activities using music and instruments to explore different ways to make sounds.
Reading stories expanding children's language though the use of songs, books and conversations.
I would need my tax and national insurance paid for me
At the moment I am looking after a little girl between the hours of 4:30 to seven and during school holidays 2-7 till July I am happy to look after her alongside other children if interested.
My Experience
I worked in a private nursery 2010-2013. My role was the second in charge of Toddler two, the responsibilities that I carried out throughout this role were I planned and provided a stimulating environment for the children which they would benefit from and help them in there overall development.

I also did babysitting for some of the children who attended the nursery whilst babysitting the children I would provide them with a dinner, bath them and put them to bed before bedtime I would also provide fun activities that the children could take part in.
For the last year and a half I have been picking up one of the children from a local nursery and looking after the child until her parent returned form work.
I currently have started a new job in a primary school my role is teaching assistant. My responsibilities are working closely alongside the class teacher to plan and provide a stimulating environment for the children.

I currently work at a private nursery in limehouse whilst there I have a group of key children I care for and ensure that their needs are being met on a daily basis, I do planned and unplanned observations on the children as well as complete reports on the children termly and complete there ELDR books.
Whilst working with the children i have built very good professional relationships with the children's parents I understand the importance of working alongside the parent to ensure that the care and needs of the child are being met
I have recently finished a babysitting job with a family. I would pick there child up from the local daycare and during the time that I looked after her I would provide fun activities for the child to do e.g going to the park, doing creative activities. I would also provide the child with dinner.

I am looking for a job to start as soon as possible
Currently work weekdays from 4:30 to 7 and school holidays 2-7 with a two year old happy to take on other children alongside her
