I am a friendly, organised and experienced 34 year old Nanny (18 years childcare experience) looking for a Nanny/ Housekeeper role, ideally in the Reading area. I am available to start ASAP. I've been Nannying since 2011 and have worked in many childcare settings prior to this. I have a DBS check and happy to consider becoming Ofsted registered again as I am not currently.
I'm commited to my nanny roles, reliable and honest and can provide excellent references.
I am a driver of 12 years with a full clean driving license and my own car. I would be confident to drive a car provided and have driven many family cars.
In my spare time I like to exercise and love to spend time with my family and friends. I am also a Personal Trainer/Masseuse but work my clients around my Nanny roles.

My Experience
I have 18 years experience working and teaching ages 0 to 16 years and have been lucky enough to work as a Nanny, in Nurseries, Schools and run holiday clubs. I've also worked at the Royal Berkshire Hospital and at a Special needs school.
I hold an NVQ level 2 and 3 in Child Care Learning & Development and have been on many courses. I have a DBS check and am first aid trained.
I would love to find a family that are caring and require a hardworking Nanny to help make their home life run smoothly. I am hoping to work with parents who are professional in their jobs, that will work with me where they can and trust me to provide the best for their children solely the rest of the time.
I am used to planning ahead and doing lots of different activities to support the current curriculum and ages of the children in my care. I have experience with multiple children too!
My Qualifications
City & Guilds NVQ 3 in Child Care Learning and Development
Cache NVQ 2 Early Years Care and Education
I have attended many courses such as First aid, Food hygiene, Safeguarding and Senco (special needs) along with many more.

My Availability
So here's an overview of what I am looking for and hope you are looking for also!
Ideally a part time role offering a few hours per day but I will consider more hours. Temporary or a Permanent role whereby my salary is reviewed each year. Nanny duties and/or Housekeeping, all duties agreed and clearly set out in the contract. 1-2 children preferable. I'm happy to work less term time and more in the holidays.
I have decided not to take on full house cleaning duties (apart from cleaning up after the children/cooking) but I will consider:
Light housekeeping
Dog walking
Sharing duties with another Nanny
Ironing
Working for 2 families at a time
Travelling with the family
Working at various settings for example if the family had 2 or more properties
Odd evening babysitting
Personal Training
Massage
I will only consider roles whereby a written contract has been agreed by both parties.
I like to spend a small amount of time getting to know the children and family first or if the family have a nanny who is leaving spend time handing over.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
