About Me

I am a healthy and active woman with 6 years of experience as a childcare worker. As a mother of an 8-year-old girl and a 4-year-old boy, I genuinely enjoy looking after and spending time with children, understanding both their needs and the importance of creating a nurturing environment.

I pride myself on being honest, reliable, and punctual, with excellent time management, organisational skills, and the ability to multitask. Whether it’s managing daily routines or keeping children engaged in educational activities, I ensure every task is handled efficiently and with care.

I have completed my CACHE Level 4 Early Years Settings (QCF) certification, as well as a Level 3 Nursery Nursing qualification, and I am trained in Safeguarding Children Level 2, which I update annually to stay informed on the latest practices and protocols.

Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of school settings in London and Ipswich, specifically within KS1 and Early Years. My role has included creating and delivering learning activities, supporting children with emotional development, and assisting with behavioral management. I’ve developed the ability to foster a positive, safe, and stimulating environment for children of varying ages and backgrounds.

I am motivated, dedicated, and loyal with a calm personality that helps me manage stressful situations and work well under pressure. I have a natural ability to build trust and strong relationships with both children and parents, ensuring a collaborative approach to the child's development. I’m always striving to do my best and go above and beyond to meet the needs of the children in my care.

In addition, I am well-mannered, responsible, and fluent in both English and Swahili, which allows me to connect with diverse families and communicate effectively in various settings. My ability to adapt and provide personalised care is one of my strengths, and I am always ready to tailor my approach to suit each child’s individual needs.

I am also experienced in supporting special educational needs (SEN) children, providing additional care, attention, and support where necessary. My focus is always on helping children feel valued, confident, and capable, fostering a positive attitude toward learning and growth.
