Marcia was our children's nanny for 6 years, looking after the eldest from the age of 6 months and the youngest from birth. She was a vital and much-loved part of all our lives, organised, professional and reliable - but also reassuring, affectionate and lots of fun. We never doubted that our children were safe, happy and engaged under Marcia's care and they loved their time with her - they are big now but they still often talk about her very fondly and are full of happy memories.
