A real home from home childcare setting

Our daughter attended Robert and Cheryl’s childminding service for 3 years and absolutely loved her time there. Robert and Cheryl provide a caring, welcoming environment and are always looking for ways to improve the service they offer. They regularly seek feedback from both parents and children, which shows how much they genuinely care about providing the best experience possible.
Their setting is great for children who benefit from socialising with a wider group of children. Because there are two childminders, they can accommodate a larger group than many other childminders, which gives children more opportunities to make friends and build confidence around others.
Our daughter made so many lovely friendships during her time there and still talks about it fondly. She misses Robert and Cheryl and all the friends she made there, which says so much about the happy and supportive environment they create. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and engaging childminding service.

Excellent care

My son has been with Chery and Ronert for the past 10 years, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better people to care for him. They have been a constant, positive presence in his life — supporting not only him, but also myself through some very challenging times.

Over the years, they have provided a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where my son has grown, learned, and built lasting friendships. Their patience, kindness, and genuine care go far beyond what anyone could expect. They are more than childminders — they've become part of our family.

I’m endlessly grateful for all the love, stability, and encouragement they have given us over the years. I would wholeheartedly recommend Chery and Robert to any parent looking for someone truly special to care for their child.

Fantastic Childminders

As first-time parents, the thought of returning to work and leaving our daughter in someone else's care was incredibly daunting. From the very first meeting with Cheryl and Robert, our worries were put at ease. They were so friendly, kind, and welcoming. It was immediately clear how passionate they were about caring for children.

Our daughter settled in quickly which was such a comfort to us. It was amazing to see how happy and excited she was to go there each day and how excited she was to see the other kiddies. She even made a best friend with another little one who we still meet up with.

Cheryl and Robert have created a warm, nurturing environment that feels just like a home-from-home. They always kept us updated with our daughters progress, activities, and milestones, which meant so much, especially in those early days.

It’s clear how much care and attention they put into every aspect of what they do – from play and learning activities, to adventure days out and emotional support. Our little one has thrived in their care and we’re so grateful for the loving foundation they’ve helped to build for her.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for better childminders. Cheryl and Robert have been a huge part of Olivia’s early years, and we feel incredibly lucky to have found them.
