Did not turn up for arranged Interview no warning

Reviewed

Arranged and provided numbers for hours Natasha available to work was told she worked wed morning was due to meet self and child today. I informed Natasha I did not have a smartphone but provided land line numbers and mobile. Due to meet at 2pm on Wednesday 22nd Feb. She confirmed night before. I picked up message on computer at 12.45 asking f she could meet earlier as her other client had cancelled. At that time I stated half an hour early was earliest could manage. I then repeated I do not have access to computer and provided mobile number for contact. Daughter and I had lunch and continued with lessons. At 2pm there was no sign of her. I turned on computer and found a message sent saying actually she had gone to university had no idea when her course finished and could she pop by at 5.30pm some 3.5 hours later and a smiley face. For someone who advertises as a professional and seeks to be a home tutor for an autistic child this is highly unprofessional not only is my child distressed as Natasha had obviously no intention of showing up but my daughter and I scheduled our day around being at home and in for meeting this woman. Not impressed at all that my time and my daughters schooling viewed so callously. Our time wasted but also very unprofessional. This was a home based tutoring interview due to start this week. Not impressed at all.

As I explained to you, I messaged you almost immediately after you messaged me so I thought it would have been picked up. My day had been altered with another job + university meetings that are always last minute as other students cancel and change times too. These meetings, in my personal opinion, take priority and I told you I was to attend. I also told you I needed to drop my dog off at my mother's each day as she has separation anxiety and cannot be left alone. So my day became awkward with times and I had to rearrange for a later time - these things happen. I do value your daughters educational needs as as I said to you, my brother suffers from severe autism. I personally find your review to be hypocritically insensitive as a response to what I've explained to you. You should also invest in a phone that allows you to pick up messages and texts instead of replying to me after 3 hours per message.
