I can't recommend this childminder highly enough. My daughter has attended from 16weeks old and is now 4, she has developed a strong bond with Tracy and often refers to me as 'auntie Tracy!' She often gets upset when it's home time because she has enjoyed her day and doesn't want to leave! Regularly she tells me she doesn't even want to go to school. Tracy is an extremely calm and reflective person and supports parents greatly. I know all children in her care have a lot of respect for her and my daughter has grown educationally since being in Tracy's care. Tracy likes to make sure she knows each of the children she cares for inside out.
