Avoid Untrustworthy!
After contacting Louise through this website, we exchanged numbers and started to communicate, after a few messages agreed for her to come over and know each other/the kinds. She never showed up or indeed never contacted me to let me know anything, about she couldn't come over for some reason beyond her control, just disappeared. Utterly untrustworthy. Think before you leave you children with an untrusted nanny like Louise.

Dear Bill,
I am sorry you feel this way and can only apologise for letting you down the other day.
However, I am disappointed that you made no attempt to contact me either on the day or afterwards to allow me to explain the situation. If you had rung me on the day, I may still have been able to help you. I feel you have given me no chance to remedy the situation or for recourse before leaving such a review.
