My Experience

I have worked in a number of day nurseries with children aged 0-5 years at the beginning of my career and then went onto a Nursery/Children’s Centre where I spent the last 5 years before leaving to have my daughter in 2020.
I started as a nursery assistant and before leaving my role was Lead Nursery Manager of a team of 11 staff with 2-3 year old children(30per session) So I worked hard to move up several positions in the 5 years of working there and am proud of my achievements :)

I also previously babysat 2 girls from a previous nursery I worked at. I started babysitting them when they were 8 months & 2 years.. they are now 11 and 13 & I’m very close with their family. The family would happily give a reference if needed :)
I also have a family that I found work with through this app that would happily give a reference if you would require one :)

I hold my own full UK driving license and own car.

I have experience working with children with SEN and ELA. This has given me the opportunity to learn further childcare skills and work with outside agencies as well as in partnership with parents to support each child’s individual needs. I also have in depth knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage which is a guideline used to track and support a young child’s development.

I am also trained in Read Write Inc. (Ruth Muskin) as this is how we taught phonics at my previous workplace and am happy to offer this service through my babysitting services.

It’s varied due to my circumstances and would need to be discussed with the family.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour

£12 minmum.. possibly more for multiple children
