I have completed my childcare qualifications in National Certificate in Early Education and Childcare and also Higher National Certificate in Early Education and Childcare. I also have a current working disclosure. I enjoy working with children as from an early age I have always wanted to participate in a career that involves children. I also have a full drivers license and my own car.
I am a hardworking reliable person who loves working with children. I am happy and confident and enjoy being outdoors. I enjoy planning different activities for children of different ages. I am easy going and fun to be around with a good sense of humour. I also have good communication skills which is important in creating a positive working ethos. With being within a nursery and school placement setting i believe believe I have developed a friendly characteristic which allows me to be approachable by adults and children creating a comfortable work environment. I am a very outgoing and creative person who enjoys a challenge and taking on responsibility when asked. Being creative has been positive for working with children as I believe working with children you have to be creative in order to think on the spot. I also have an enthusiastic and outgoing personality.Also I have good time keeping skills which are vital when working with children if the children have school or any other activities that they have to be at on time. I am also flexible and are able to adapt to daily planning.I understand that confidentiality is very important and I am fully capable of adhering to such policies and procedures.
