About Me
Hi lovely! I’m currently looking for a part-time nanny role (1–3 days per week) with a family (or two) I can build a genuine and collaborative connection with. I also work as a parent coach and mentor focusing on emotional wellbeing, child development and breaking cycles.
My approach is gentle, thoughtful and responsive whilst still maintaining firm boundaries. I value providing environments where children feel secure, listened to, encouraged and free to be themselves. Families often appreciate my calm and grounded presence when supporting children through routines, transitions, mealtimes, big emotions and bedtime. I am often described as warm, patient, trustworthy and easy to communicate with.
I specialise in creating engaging, age-appropriate activities that support curiosity, expression, independence and confidence. I enjoy planning experiences that feel fun, varied and meaningful rather than just keeping children occupied. These often include:

? Games, baking and imaginative play
I am happy to prepare plant-based meals, care for animal companions and support with creating a peaceful atmosphere within the home through organising and decluttering.

My Experience
I have over 12 years of experience with children from 4 months to 18 years (including neurodiverse children) as an au pair, activity instructor, kindergarten and nursery assistant, youth worker, brownie leader, craft facilitator, playworker, babysitter and teaching assistant.
I also have extensive training and knowledge in safeguarding, mindfulness, mental health awareness, relationships, psychology and child development.

My Availability
Whilst I am transitioning from one job to another, I am usually available Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays (I may be able to amend if needed as my job can be flexible).
I can be available spontaneously for occasional babysitting, however I do prefer notice at least a week in advance.

- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)

Vikki has been the babysitter of my daughter for a year and my daughter always looks forward to be with her. Vikki is very professional and experient; she knows how to talk with my 10 year's daughter with respect and according to her age. Vikki creates a healthy and stimulant environment for kids, always finding new, didactic and fun things to do.

Vikki is well disciplined and is able to apply this appropriately with children. She speaks to children in a tone which matches their intelligence and understanding. My two children (age 3 and 5) had struggles when it came to bedtime especially and Vikki quickly resolved this issue with firm and consistent boundaries. I also often had trouble getting my eldest to eat her meals until Vikki came along. We are so thankful for Vikki and all the creativity, routine and love she provided for our family. Anyone would be lucky to have her.
