About Me
Hi my name is Sue and I have been living in Foxton for the past 18 years with my husband and three children. I have two boys aged 19yrs & 17yrs and my daughter who is 10yrs. After many years working in day care settings and managing them, I decided become a childminder so I could provide a home from home care and learning environment where children would be given the time and care they deserve.
As a working mum I fully understand the needs and flexibility required for working parents.
I am NNEB trained with over 29 years experience in the childcare sector. I also hold the ADCE qualification. I have been an NVQ assessor and verifier.
I have been a registered childminder with Ofsted for the past 12 years and before that I have worked in day nurseries and nursery schools.
I am a PACEY member.
My Experience
I have 29 years childcare experience which includes nannying, working in schools and day nurseries. I have worked with all age groups from babies of 6 weeks up to school age. I have also worked with children who have special educational needs I have 13 years experience of managing 2 large day nurseries within the Cambridgeshire area.
I have been childminding for the past 12 years.

My Availability
I have some spaces available and I do offer term time only care as well as all year round care.
I offer art and crafts, messy play, sensory play as well as outings and toddler groups in my village and the surrounding area..
I am experienced in planning for children's learning needs.
I have a 120ft garden which is in use all year round.
I accept childcare vouchers and the 3-4 year old funding.
My operating hours are 7.30am -6.00pm Monday to Friday although arrangements can be made for alternative times.
I have received two good grades in my Ofsted inspections.
