Hi, I am Mr Brown. I have a current DBS, trained in Paediatric First Aid, along with over 10 year's childcare experience, and crafts remain my hobby.
I spend time with a 9-year-old child diagnosed with autism, on a weekly or fortnightly basis.
I have been regularly providing care for a 7-year-old with a condition related to autism disorder.
I occasionally look after a toddler aged 21 months, whose parents are Doctors, when his nursery is closed or whenever needed. I have collected him from the nursery at brief notice and delivered his care.
I have supported families with children aged 0 to 19 years old with additional needs, in different environments promoting a fun, caring, and safe environment to support children with their learning and trying to meet their diverse needs.
I am fascinated with child development, and my aim is to progress onto teacher training. For that reason, I hope I can help you fulfil your childcare requirements.
For over a year, I have taken part in drama improvisation, and my interest includes making miniature scale 3D paper model buildings. I feel that I could use these skills for the benefit of the children in my care.
Whilst I particularly specialise in working with children on the autism spectrum, or SEN which is my passion, I believe my natural calmness and the qualities I possess allows me to connect with children naturally.
Thank you for considering my profile, and I am here should you wish to contact me.
