About Me

Hi I'm Sam. I'm a mum to 2 sons aged 16yrs and 30yrs and I'm the proud Nanna of 2 gorgeous grandaughters aged 5yrs and 8yrs!
I offer a relaxed, cosy and friendly home where all children's needs are met with care.
I follow the EYFS using an online system where you are able to follow your children's learning and play journey with me daily through photos, videos and observations.
I'm based in Barnton, attending local toddler groups and having regular play dates to further develop children's socialising and independence.
Living close to two play parks and having a large equipped garden, children will have daily access to the outdoors.
With a relaxed and caring home-feel environment your children will develop from experiences through play and planned activities, helping them grow and learn with positive encouragement.
My Experience
I've worked in childcare and education for 20 years, with positions as a classroom assistant, special needs one-to-one, PreSchool keyworker, PreSchool Manager and for the last 11years as a Childminder.
My Qualifications
I have all relevant qualifications including CACHE level 3 childcare and education, Paediatric first Aid, Safeguarding level 2 and basic food hygiene.
