From 09/2022 I’m looking for a position where I can bring my little boy Who will be 6 months old with me, near Hitchin or the surrounding areas. Or a part-time position whereby I could leave him with my mother near Hertford.
I'm a 27 year old Mummy who’s family orientated, love working with children and have a love for animals. I live in Stotfold, Hitchin. I'm fun, energetic and drive my own car (with isofix points). I'm dedicated to doing everything to the best of my ability and working in partnership with parents.
I think it's important for children to enjoy the outdoors; local woodlands/walks, trips to toddler groups, the library: story and music time groups, the museum, wildlife parks, local Farms and visits to the swimming pool. I pride myself in being super organised.
I hold Nanny Public Liability Insurance and a Current DBS on the Online Update Service.
My Experience
I have a diploma in child care & education level 3 since 2013. I have current paediatric first aid training and have worked in several settings voluntarily including: Millmead Primary (year1&year2), St Joseph's Primary (Nursery&Reception), Morgans Primary (year3), The Right Track (baby room) & Busy Bees Day Nursery (baby room).
Worked at a Day Nursery as a lead Practitioner for 2 years, looking after children from 4months to 10 years.
Have been with previous family for 4 1/2 years full time, I’ve been housekeeper, pet sitter to dogs, lizards, hamsters, cats and even hedgehogs! I’m a nanny to 2 children now 7 and 9. I’ve spent time over the pandemic home schooling, dog walking and running errands until the children returned to school.
Had left a position as a private nanny part-time for a (8 months at beginning of position) 1 year old and 5 year old. I aided with the running of the home on a day to day basis doing everything from taking children on walks, sensory play, craft activities, child led play and baking to nappies, bottle feeding, steam cleaning and food preparation.
