From the moment me and my daughter met Fatiha we found her warm and kind and she was instantly interested in getting to know my 20 month old daughter.
Fatiha did everything she could to give me the two days I needed for my daughter and when she started with her I could see my daughter trusted her.
The mornings were spent in very well equipped and stimulating childrens' centres, close to her lovely spacious apartment overlooking the canal. Me and my husband were regularly updated on our daughter - what she was doing, what she ate, her sleep timings etc - all through a fantastic app. Sent little videos and photos. We felt we knew exactly how her day was going, so we were relaxed and happy knowing that she was having a good day.
Fatiha also added small educational elements into our daughters' day - one day she came home and said "up & down" stretching up and bending down. She also became confident in recognising numbers both visually and verbally.
Fatiha also worked around our daughters' food likes and provided her with healthy and nutritious food and snacks throughout the day.
We could not recommend Fatiha highly enough. We wish we'd found her earlier as she truly is one in a million. A lovely person with a very strong maternal sense where our daughter felt instantly relaxed.
