Outstanding level of care and highly recommended!

Amanda provided care for my nearly two year old when I was suddenly left with no childcare. She did everything she could to start the contract as soon as possible. Her communication is by far the best from txts to say he has settled ok to regular updates via tapestry for me to keep up to date with lovely pictures and reviews on his experiences and development. I noticed a huge positive change in my son from being in Amanda's care for just two days a week. The toys and activities provided are all safe and age appropriate and their interaction and development is all logged in a daily diary. He was able to enjoy days out to the park and local play centres. He always had regular freshly prepared meals and there were always new things for him to try. I honestly cannot recommend Amanda enough! It is only due to personal circumstances that have forced me to move out of the area that I have had to terminate my contract. Had this not have been the case I would have continued to send my son to Amanda and whoever fills our place will be extremely lucky!

Excellent, reliable outstanding childminder.

Amanda looked after both of our children. One from aged 2yrs and the other from 9 months old until school age. She was brilliant! There were activities planned every day and the children always had freshly cooked healthy meals. Amanda took the children to lots of different places of interest. She was always so reliable and flexible. We had an excellent communications diary and we also had access to Tapestry with lovely photos of what the children had done that day linked to their development. I never had to worry about my children as always knew they were well cared for!

Our children have been going to Amanda since they were babies and still go after school. Her care is amazing, I would totally recommend her!

Outstanding in all ways

Amanda has been our childminder for the past six years and I would highly recommend her services. She has taken fantastic care of my seven year old son and my five year old daughter, both through the pre-school time and now for before and after school care. Amanda is highly professional, caring and has created a stimulating environment in her home. She has an excellent understanding of early childhood development and the children are engaged in fun, learning opportunities throughout their time with her. We trust her implicitly and have never had a moment's worry whilst our children have been with her.

Outstanding Childminder

Amanda has been childminding our son for the past 4 years and now also our one year old daughter; both of our children love attending Amanda's setting and not only have fun but also learn new things everyday. Amanda is Ofsted approved to outstanding level and fully deserves this rating in our opinion. The setting is geared up for learning, play, having fun and also includes a sensory garden which our children love to explore. Amanda has liaised well with our sons' pre-school and has helped enable him over the years to be ready for starting school this year, emotionally, academically and socially. Amanda's takes the children to various groups where they can interact with others and they also have lots of special days out. Definitely a setting worth considering if you are looking for childcare.

Outstanding care- we will miss Amanda!!

My daughter has attended Amanda's childcare setting for 3 days a week for the past year. She settled in quickly and easily and has loved every minute.
From exciting fun-packed days out to quiet one-on-one activities, Amanda has provided so much stimulation which has seen my daughter accelerate in developing all of the social and academic skills she will need for pre-school and beyond.
We have been blown away with the level of detail Amanda gives to all elements of her care, especially the feedback we get on a daily basis as well as regular and thorough observations on Tapestry.
We will be very sad to say goodbye to Amanda, thank you so much for all of your support over the past year with our little firecracker!!
