About Me
Hi my name is Kathleen , I'm 55 years old and married to peter and mother of four adults now that have all flew the nest. I live in a large house in kingston park, i have a conservatory and large room just for children to play in and a large garden. I myself have over 30 years experience of working in childcare. I also have 2 assistants. We have days out at soft play, seaside, farms as well as lots of activities and fun at home! I also offer the 30 hours free for all 3 year olds according to the government guidelines and I except working vouchers to. I follow the EYFS at all times, also I have a degree in childcare and education.
We encourage enthusiasm, good manners, independence and consideration for others from the children in our care. Each child receives the individual attention he or she needs to develop new skills and interests, and to discover that learning is an exciting and fun experience.
We have a caring and secure environment where children enjoy the friendship of others, have a happy and rewarding time and reach their full potential through praise and encouragement.

First of all I would just like to say I am one of those mammies who have separation anxiety leaving their baby! It was time for me to go back to work and I cried had panic attacks the lot. When I met Kath and the family I instantly felt at ease especially how she loves the kids and they all call her aunty Kath you honestly couldn’t ask for anything more! Kath keeps me updated all throughout the day and only a few months down the line my baby is now just going in and doesn’t care about saying good bye! Kath has made my life so much easier and I am such a worrier she has made me feel at ease too!

My little one started with Kath Peter and Claudia age 6 months. She loved it from day 1 and always happy to arrive. She is now 19 months and has a fab time every time she goes! They really care for each child and form a lovely bond

Our daughter has been with Kath for 8 months now and it's the best decision we ever made. We started her in a nursery but she never would have gotten the level of care, attention and adventures that she has now with Kath and her family if we never moved her. We were a bit nervous about using a childminder but Kath and her family made us feel so at ease and supported every step of the way. We love how much our daughter has grown to love them all and gets excited about her days with them all. We cant recommend them enough, so much so, that we are sending our second daughter with them shortly!!

Kath and her family cared for my daughter up until she started reception. My daughter still talks about her time with auntie kath. Kath now cares for my baby boy, it really did make going back to work so much easier knowing how much my boy would be cared by this lovely family. ❤️❤️❤️

Kath had my daughter in her care for 2 years and came on leaps and bounds. Very loving family, my girl thinks the world of them and we were all sad when my girl started reception- we recently went to visit auntie kath, Peter and Claudia that’s how much they are missed. Highly recommend kath to anyone who is looking for someone to love/care for their child as much as you. Xxxx ❤️

Kathleen is amazing with my little girl - we originally wanted summer care for our 5 year old and ended up sending our 8 month old full time as well. Kathleen is lovely and constantly sends updates through out the day! 10/10

Kathleen and her team are absolutely amazing, she has been the best for both of my children who have been with her for 2 years now. She has gone above and beyond to facilitate all of our needs and my boys love going to see her and the rest of the team. We are so sad to not need Kathleen anymore but we highly recommend her for anyone who needs care for their kids.
