My daughter has been going to Shining Stars since it opened, she loves it. She was attending the Thursday morning playgroup when the nursery school opened and she began to attend Tuesday and Fridays mornings. The outdoor area is lovely especially in the summer when there were sand and water pits out there for all the kids to play with. There is a little raised area which my daughter loves to use as a stage or a pirate ship whatever her imagination takes her. The staff are brilliant, especially the lady who runs it Mrs Sim who tirelessly keeps it all going, whilst she keeps thinking of new ideas to entertain and teach the children. The children are engaged from the minute they get there and they like to mix it up, baking cakes, playing with ice, lentils, teddy bear picnics, as well as season things like Christmas, Easter, Halloween. There is a lovely mix of cultures as well, this is reflected in the songs they sing, they have Mandarin, Spanish, French, Welsh and English songs. Snack time is always a healthy snack, there is nothing I can fault.
