About Me

Hi parents/ cares, my name is Shamara however children call me "Mara" I am a mother myself to two boys aged 7 & 8 years old, I have relocated to Wolverhampton from London & looking to go back to work.

While working as a nanny, sharing the care and education of children with parents is a privilege and professional responsibility. For me to do this I had to gain good knowledge and communication and practical skills. This makes both me and the parents feel comfortable and it allows both of us to get feedback from each other at the beginning and at the end of the day.

I'm a very honest, caring, kind & lots of cuddles nanny who loves the out doors in all weather types i believe its a great way for children to explore seasons we have in "sunny" England. Im very creative in the kitchen and in an artful way.
I do like to plan a good routine which works well for the child(ren) and plan weekly activities, play dates and outings. however i also like to go with the childs flow/ mood or even the weather may change a plan. I'm a very punctual, reliable, organised and self-motivated with an endless amount of energy and enthusiasm

I have experience with most age groups from birth - to teenages and experience in:

caring for a large family of 3 children: new born, 11 months & 3 years.

Caring for a baby with a special physical need
over night sole care of 3 children & going away with 5 children to spain for 3 years running

Toilet training

weaning and exploring new foods
As a nanny I enjoy cooking fresh meals and making food fun as children get older they enjoy helping in the kitchen which makes meal times interesting.
