Absolutely disgraceful

Reviewed

Julie-ann ordered room service on my hotel room and left without paying it. Julieann verbally said to me that she will pay it once she's leaving which I have footage of . I did not give this woman permission for room service, nor to do this. she did not pay and I was left with the bill. She also brought her child to my hotel when I was out, did not ask for permission and had the child around my son for the duration of the day. I did not consent to this nor did I pay for someone else's child to be tended to in My hotel room . The child ate my sons snacks water and food. My child was left in a soiled nappy that i had to tell her to change which i have also have on camera and he wasn't fed any food from 10am to 530pm . Her excuse was I can't force feed him.
She gave him disgusting tap water from the hotel sink which I caught her doing and told her absolutely not to . This was because her child drank my sons water that i left for him . Her fee was £90 for the day but i overpaid her so she could manage lunch for herself and the cheeky cow requested i pay 30 for her and her daughters lunch after i asked her to pay for her drinks she ordered on MY room . There is so many more issues but i rather submit the camera evidence . I put a camera in my hotel room to watch my son whilst out and our message threads also prove everything. She incriminated herself When I asked her to return my money to my bank card she said she will then blocked me. I messaged her from another phone and it delivered . She's a crook and I want my money back . I don't care if its 5 pence or 500 pounds, its the principal . I am absolutely furious and so is my dad .The hotel staff also noted that she had very poor attitude when they entered the room . The lady was caught in multiple lies .absolutely disgraceful behaviour.

You can't hire someone and expect them not to eat or drink. I was sat finishing the drinks when you were slagging me off to the staff instead of asking have you paid yet? As you walked past. It is responsibility of the employer to ensure staff receive breaks and food neither of which were provided.
