Julie has been looking after our children for approximately 18 months. She is looking for a new position only because we are relocating to Singapore. Julie currently looks after our daughter (age 6 1/2) and son (age 3 1/2). Julie has developed a good working relationship with us and both our children are happy and safe with her. Although an older nanny Julie has much more energy and get-up-and-go than many youngsters. Our son is a bundle of energy and she manages him brilliantly. Julie's experience is a real bonus. She sets clear, consistent and loving boundaries for our children. She is also fun and she links in to a strong network of local nanniesI was initially worried about hiring an older nanny, who I was worried might be set in her ways or unwilling to adapt to 'my way' of doing things. Julie however has fitted in with our family well and she has always been willing to go the extra mile and to work evenings and Saturdays when asked. Julie has not been ill or otherwise let us down. I recommend Julie as a nanny. Your children will be well looked after in her care.
