My Summary

My Experience

I started off as an apprentice in the local nursery after moving from North Wales. I completed my level 2 qualification in The children and Young People's workforce and then went on to complete my level 3, also in The children and Young People's workforce. A few years later I then went on to complete a Foundation Degree in Early Years.

After completing both qualifications, an opportunity came up as The Deputy Manager and Room leader at the nursery. I decided to fill in an application form for that role, had an interview and got the job.
Since working in childcare, I have been on various courses including;

Paediatric first aid training
Safeguarding training
Level 2 Food Hygiene
Inclusion training
and many more.

Before moving to Alderholt, at the age of 16 my little brother was born. As he had severe colic I would often help out with his care after school. I have also done a lot of babysitting for family friends and also parents who bring their children to the nursery and now have a son of my own who is 7 months old.

My Qualifications

Level 2 The children and Young People's workforce.
Level 3 The children and Young people's Workforce.
Level 5 Early Years Foundation Degree

My Availability

Wednesday- Friday 7am-6pm. Would also consider more days/ hours for the right family but I would need to bring my son with me.

• Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)
