I am fun, energetic and much loved by all the children i have looked after in the past 12 years. I have an array of skills needed to care for children of all ages.
I am reliable, trustworthy and caring. I'm also a very organised person, who enjoys many different tasks such as providing a healthy lifestyle and meals for children.
I think it is very important that children learn various skills through play to improve their gross and fine manipulative skills, they can do this through different activities to suit their development stage. I am a very adaptable and flexible person, adjusting to new families and routines quickly. I am a kind, friendly, relaxed person who enjoys building on relationships with the children and families involved.
My Experience
I have been working with children for the past 10+ years. I have had experience with children from birth to 18 years of age. Gaining my experience working in different nurseries either for work experience at college or through Various employment, I have had various part time nanny jobs with children of different ages. I have worked with children who have had to introduce new siblings into the family and been there to help them settle into the new addition and routine.
I have been blessed to be with my current family for the past 7 years.
I am leaving as the youngest is now starting secondary school and the family no longer need me. The bond I have with all 3 children fills my heart with love and appreciation. It will be very sad to leave them but I feel another family with younger children will benefit from my years of experience and loving qualities.
Each job was very different but had very rewarding aspects, to see the children progress at different stages, and to help them gain life skills.
As with the younger ones I enjoy teaching them ways to develop their fine manipulative skills by learning to feed himself etc. With each child i prepared healthy meals according to their specific requirements. Also creating activities with them according to their age and development stage.
Also within my roles of caring for the children, I have always kept the house in a clean and tidy condition and made sure the children's toy rooms and bedrooms are tidy and in order.
I also make appointments for the family including keeping up to date with dental, doctor and optical appointments.
I keep the household running and organised so the family is able to run effectively.
My Qualifications
I have a level 2 in Childcare and Education in which i received a distinction for the course.
I am First Aid Trained. I am a member of Pacey with Nanny insurance and an up to date enhanced DBS. I am also Ofsted registered.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £12.50 per hour
- Nannying from £13.00 per hour (net)
This will depend on your distance i would have to travel, the hours and the children's ages. This can be discussed at the interview stage.
