My Experience

I have been working with children for over 13 years now in many different environments, from nurseries, primary schools, babysitting to being a nanny/childminder. You name it, I've done it all. I enjoy it all, there's nothing I can't do! I have worked with all ages, starting with babies at 2 months old right up to teenagers (12-16) years old. I also have a lot of experience with, working with children with SEND needs.

I have always had a huge passion for working with children of all ages along with the individual needs each child may or may not have. I strongly believe that each individual child has a special gift or talent of their own to share with everybody.

My Qualifications

I’m a fully qualified childcare provider! Diploma Level 3 & Level 2.
I have a clean DBS which is on the update system.
I have a first aid certificate.
I have a food safety and hygiene certificate.
I have a safeguarding certificate.
And many other unquie certificates from recent courses I have taken.

All mandatory child care courses are updated every year and any others that I feel are relevant to my work.

My Availability

I’m currently available for full time hours during the week. My availability is flexible, I am also available to work as a part nanny/childminder/babysitter. I can work during the afternoon/evening also. & Night shifts and babysitting, as and when required. Providing reasonable notice has been given.

I am also available throughout all the school holidays that being, Easter, May half term, summer holidays & the Christmas period. I’m also available on weekends if needed. All of these being full time. However weekends I prefer to know in advance if I’m going to be needed just so that I can plan ahead or work around my own schedule. Preferably at a maximum of 48 hours notice and the same for cancellations.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
• Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)

My fees are TBN with parents/families. Depending on the number of children and the hours of child care needed there may be set prices if required full meals throughout the day. However I am happy if parents/families would like to provide their child/children with their own packed lunches etc.

Cancellations: I can understand that sometimes circumstances can change, however cancelling last minute puts my work on a sudden hult. Following a nanny policy, a small cancellation fee may apply when multiple cancellations occur frequently. This will be discussed with all families upon starting. TBD/TBN.
