About Me
I am 50 years old and have been childminding eighteen years. I always strive to provide a professional, flexible and high quality childcare service.
I have built great relationships with my parents/ carers providing a service that always goes that little step further. I provide a service from 7:30 am to 18:30 pm as I feel flexible hours are a necessity to parents. I am a very active person and I love nothing better than being out and about in the fresh air with my children. I am very creative and I enjoy doing arts,crafts, projects and topics with the children.
My Experience
I have gained significant knowledge and experience over the years. I have cared for a vast amount of children some with disabilities, behavioural, special needs and medical conditions. Since my initial training and registration in 2007 I have actively attended several training courses each year. This has helped me build up a substantial CPD (Continuing Professional Development) folder. To furtther my career I gained my SVQ level 3 in childcare learning and development in November 2009. As part of the SVQ I worked in Brisbane Primary nursery which broadened my curriculum knowledge.

Denise has been childminder to my twins for over 10 years( one of whom has learning difficulties). My life wouldn't be same without her. She is never phased at whatever is thrown at her and always willing to listen. Kids still love going to get after all these years.
