About Us
Where children come first and play matters!
We are a small rural committee run preschool which offers a choice of sessional or full day care for children aged 2-5yrs term time only. In addition to this we also provide a breakfast club and after school club facility available for children aged 2-11yrs.
It is our mission to provide high quality childcare at affordable prices for everyone. Staff are highly qualified and provide a high standard of care to all children through play in a safe and stimulating environment. The manager sets a high level of expectation and standards for all staff to follow and has a BA Honours degree in early education along with a wealth of experience within the early years field which she cascades down to all that work within the setting.
The preschool staff work with your chosen school to ensure a smooth and excellent transition is implemented at the right time for your child. Staff are experienced in working with children with a wide range of abilities and needs ensuring that all children are seen and cared for as individuals.

Our Fees
- Childcare from £20.00 per morning
- Childcare from £20.00 per afternoon
Breakfast club
Mon - Fri - 7.30am - 9am - £7.50, £6.75 for each sibling attending on the same day.
8am - 9am - £5.00, £4.25 for each sibling attending on same day
Breakfast menu operates on a two week rota range includes bacon and eggs, ham and cheese croissants, fruit and yoghurt. Everyday is different throughout the two weeks but each day cereals and toast are on offer also.
Preschool
9am - 12 noon - £20.00
12 noon -3pm - £20.00
9am - 3pm - £40.00
In addition to this a lunch club is available and children can be collected at 1pm - £4.00. This fee is not charged for children staying 9am-3pm
Home cooked hot lunches - £3.50 - A two weeks rota is in place, vegetarian and allergy options available. Cost includes home cooked main meal, drinks and pudding.
After school club - Mon - Fri - 3pm-6pm - Prices as follows
3pm - 4pm - £5.00, £4.25 for each sibling attending on the same day.
3pm - 4.30pm - £7.50, £6.75 for each sibling attending on the same day.
3pm-5pm - £10.00, £9.25 for each sibling attending on the same day
3pm- 5.30pm - £12.50, £11.75 for each sibling attending on the same day
3pm-6pm - £15.00, £14.25 for each sibling attending on the same day
Optional Light tea served to children 4.30 -5pm - £3.50Two week menu rota, can be booked on the day.
After closing late collection fee £5.00 per five minutes.
A limited pick up and drop service is available between the hours of 8.30 and 3.30, and is subject to a small service fee.
Staff are committed to providing the childcare you need and therefore strive to offer as much flexibility as possible. If you require additional hours to those being advertised feel free to ask.
