I enjoy working with children and seeing them grow and develop. My daughter has a seven year old and I have had a lot of involvement with his development over the past few years. I enjoy gardening, baking and going for long walks. I also have a passion for the arts and I love to draw and take photographs and work with textiles
My Experience
I have worked full time in several nurseries and schools over the past few decades. I have extensive knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum having planned and put into action programmes for children to learn and explore but I also firmly believe children learn best when their emotional and social needs are met so all other areas of learning will be easier to access. I currently work at local Steiner school where I have a flexible role working with children and developing nutritious food at the kindergarten.
