My Experience
•I hold a BTEC National Certificate in Children’s Care, Learning and Development (Level 3) and have over 10 years of experience working within a range of childcare settings. This has provided me with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework, child development, safeguarding, and inclusive practice.
•In 2019, I began working closely with families in a home-based setting, which has directly supported my transition into childminding. My experience includes:
Developing positive partnerships with parents, using daily handovers and open communication to support continuity of care.
•Planning and delivering child-led, age- and stage-appropriate activities that reflect children’s interests and support all areas of learning and development.
Supporting children’s emotional wellbeing, independence, and confidence through consistent routines and nurturing interactions.
•Preparing healthy, balanced meals and snacks, promoting good nutrition and self-care skills.
•Ensuring children’s safety and welfare at all times, in line with safeguarding requirements and parents’ wishes.
Supporting transitions through school drop-offs and pick-ups.
Providing regular opportunities for outdoor play and community engagement, including parks and local activities.
•Maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating environment suitable for children of Early Years.
•Engaging in ongoing professional development to continuously improve practice.

Crystal was looking after our little one he is 17 months old for few weeks, and he really enjoyed being with her. She made transition (as when we have to leave ) really easy.
What we liked about her is that she was really focused on him, from moment when she entered our house.
She made lovely fathers day card with my son with water colors as a surprise and we think that was really thoughtful.
We think that she tried to use time really well while with him and playing and teaching him different stuff.
We were really happy with Crystal and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
She will definitely look after your little one well. Thanks Crystal!

Crystal did babysitting for us over 2 nights at our hotel whilst visiting Bournemouth. Our son was asleep every night when she arrived however she was punctual and I felt very comfortable with our son being there with her. Her main aim is to work with kids so she clearly has a love for them. We will use her again without a doubt when we return! Thank you so much Crystal.

Crystal has Nannied for our youngest son for several months and she has been fantastic. She has developed a lovely relationship with him and he is always happy to see her. She has been reliable and on time and a pleasure to have in the home.

I recently booked Crystal for a school collection and childminding for my Twin children. She was punctual and understood all instructions. She has an enthusiastic approach with the children and was a good communicator.
I can recommend her and I will be booking her again in the near future to assist.
