After School Nanny

I have two children, a girl aged 7 and a boy aged 9. I am looking for after school childcare ready for when I return to work in London in September. I would like someone who can work Monday to Thursday 3pm to 7pm, collecting the children from school, taking them to their various activities and keeping them entertained, supporting with homework, making them tea and doing light housework related to the care of the children (tidying up, washing clothes, ironing etc). I would also be keen for the nanny to be able to do school drop offs (8am to 9am) but that is not essential. This would be both a term time and school holidays position.
