Hello! My name is Leah, I'm 25 years old and I’m fully qualified with a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
Currently looking for a part time position (3-4 days a week except Monday) with a lovely family.
I have been a nanny for over 8 years and have cared for multiple little ones from the age of 5 months old onwards and the majority of my experience has been spent with babies, so I’m very familiar with the kind of routine they have at that age, as well as their milestones and ways to encourage healthy development. I love helping them reach their milestones and it’s so rewarding seeing them grow into lovely little people.
My baby experience includes bottle making and sterilising, helping baby to settle into a good routine, sleep assistance, introducing both traditional and baby led weaning, potty training and more.
I strive to ensure that they have a stimulating and engaging learning environment through age-appropriate activities that focus on sensory and messy play so that they have many opportunities to explore the world around them through their senses.
I also really value the bond between me and the children I care for and I work hard to ensure they feel loved, comfortable and safe when in my care.
I’m fun-loving, caring, creative and I really love my job! I enjoy helping children learn and enjoy themselves through play. My favourite types of activities to do with children are sensory, mess and water play, baking/cooking, outdoor play and arts and crafts activities.
I have a grade 5 in piano and I love cooking, painting and reading in my spare time!

• Full nursery duties - including domestic help, laundry, cooking, cleaning and carrying out occasional household shopping
• Intimate care - nappy changes, potty training, bath time and bedtime routines

• Regular evening babysitting and the nighttime routine
• Travelled abroad with multiple families, to look after baby whilst they worked.
• Kept parents well informed through daily updates and a scrapbook containing pictures, observations and notes on each day spent
together.
