Simple the best

I've worked for safehands in the past and was an absolute pleasure. When I started, I amazed as to
how the director exude a calm competence that ultimately infects everyone, including the children. The atmosphere was always peaceful, sunny, relaxed and beautifully. The play areas are always well- organised with a variety of activities ready and waiting for the children, whether first thing in the morning or after school picks. Thus the opportunity to develop new skills was always there. Under....care and encouragement I've seen babies blossomed into sociable, confident toddlers.

I can vividly remember the director regularly going to a local playgroups and on top of this the wonderful day trips, trips to the zoo, to the theatre, or the museum: you name it she would take the children there. Then there are all the arts and crafts they do — with seemingly miraculously left little lasting evidence of mess — and what can I say about the delicious home made meals that she prepared on a daily basis. I remember when some of the children arrive they would alway look forward to having fried dumplings (some parents called them savoury donuts). The meal are always prepared with love, I myself looked forward to meantime as much as the children.

The bottomline is Safehands, genuinely care for each child, I have witnessed this firsthand. She is genuinely warm, kindhearted and it comes so naturally to her, which is rare to find in this abundance, underpins everything she does.

A True Blessing

My daughter has been going to Safehands for the past two years and I must say it was the best decision me and partner made sending her there. Safehands is the only Childminding service we have ever used, so to say we were hesitant is an understatement, but as the service came about by word of mouth and recommendation by other parents we felt at ease and confident. My daughter absolutely loves going to Safehands, and looks forward to being picked up from school every Friday.

Communication and updates is very good and the relationship between Childminder and parent is fantastic making the experience feel more personal.

I would not hesitate to recommend Safehands to anybody looking for a great childminding service. You will not be disappointed

Home from Home

It's good when you receive a recommended childcare provider however we stumbled across safehands on her school run. The person who used to collect my daughter was a social worker on maternity leave and when we asked her to get stafehands telephone number the next time she saw her, she was able to describe who she was and how well she interacted with the children she was collecting. She was being watched from a distant without even knowing it and a total stranger with a professional background was able to pick her out of the many childminders that attends the school as the person we were enquiring about. We have been using her for two years and as the saying goes "if it's not broken don't fix it" we have total confidence in the level of care being provided by safehands and have recommended her to others who are enquiring. GLOWING RECOMMENDATION

I have been with this lovely lady for the last 3 years since my son started reception, and I have never felt so at peace when I know she is the one looking after my little boy.
She is very friendly and kind with the kids, and shows genuine joy in her job. This all reflects back on the children and how happy they are to be in her care.
The meals she provides are wholesome and balanced and made so that the children will always enjoy them, and ask for seconds. As my son says, her banana fritters are to die for.
I am grateful that I found her, and that she is the one looking after my son, he is also very happy there and if he doesn't see her for a couple of days, he always asks when is she picking him up from school.
I couldn't recommend her enough, you would have piece of mind knowing that your children are truly in safe hands.

Simply the best!

I first used Dee after making the decision to go back to work after having my daughter. Instantly felt comfortable with how she communicated and cared for my daughter, encouraging her to come out of her shell. Dee was extremley accomodating and updated me often especially when the kids would go on trips in the holidays.

There are a wide range of activities for kids to do, ranging from arts and crafts to story time and of course the play area in the garden.

What i love most is the sense of family and the relationship Dee has with the children. I dont know what i would have done without her!

Outstanding

My child has been with Safehands for a year now and is fully enjoying their time there.

Safehands is very warm welcoming with excellent communication, good structure to a productive day which the children strive from, fantastic home cooked meals everyday, and a very safe, clean, child friendly environment.

From previous experiences with childminders of not such a high caliber, i will highly recommend Safehands to anyone who is looking for a childminder who thoroughly enjoys what they do and has the children's best interest at heart.

A really positive experience

Donnette looked after both of our children several days a week in the years before they started nursery. They were both really happy with her and we were always satisfied that they were safe, being well looked-after and thriving. Donnette is a really warm person who obviously loves kids and gives a great deal of thought to the environment she provides, the food she cooks and the values she instils in the kids in her care. I think the fact that our two still love going to visit Donnette several years after they moved on from her care is a testament to our satisfaction.

Wonderful Childminder

My daughter has been going to Safehands full time now for a year and is absolutely thriving. She is very advanced in her pre school class through the learning play that she does on a daily basis with safehands. As a full time working mother it was important to get the right childminder who was going to be looking after my child for long hours each day and I can honestly say I couldn't be happy with my choice. Very clear daily communication and updates on activities for the week. My daughter very much enjoys the weekly library trips with the other children and always comes home with stories to tell. The food that is provided is also fantastic and always home cooked. If you are looking for a professional childminder who has the best interest in each and every child they look after then Safehands is for you.

Very welcoming,warm and loving childminder ,always with the big smile on her face! Our children love her dearly and love spending time at her house. Whilst being in providers childcare our kids spent time with other children,there were lots of activities and a lovely garden outside for them to play. Open communication with parents!
