About Me
Hi,
My name is Emma and I live with my husband, our two children aged 14 and 15 years old, and our friendly Cockapoo.
I was a stay-at-home mum for 6 years, having worked previously in office-based roles, until gaining my Ofsted registration to become a childminder in January 2016. I had my first OFSTED inspection in January 2018 and gained a 'Good' judgement in all aspects, and my latest inspection was July 2023, where I was again graded as 'Good'.
I believe childhood should be a joyful and rewarding experience, and that happy and secure children will thrive.
I will provide your child with opportunities to experiment, to make choices, self-develop, and to learn in a fun, safe and loving environment. I will be a dedicated and enthusiastic role model to your child, and always have high expectations of them.
I aim to provide a home from home environment, where your child will be stimulated, and encouraged to reach their full potential - learning whilst playing and exploring!
We will also participate in local weekly play groups, visits to the library, and the local parks or other outdoor spaces.
I operate on a TERM-TIME only basis.

My Experience
Being a full time mum to my own children with 14 months difference in age, both blossoming into happy, confident individuals!
I have been childminding since February 2016, for children ranging in age from 9 months to 11 years old.
Please contact me with your details and requirements, including ages of children you need childcare for, and your preferred days and times, as I might be able to be more flexible with my stated opening hours and days.

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
£5 per hour (or £6 per hour for 1/2 day care or less)
My fees include all healthy snacks provided, breakfast and lunch where required. Includes all groups attended also.
Parents to provide all nappies, wipes, creams, and any formula milk required.
