The Best Nanny Ever

Nanny Hannah is truly amazing. I have three young children who are full of energy and can be quite challenging at times, yet Hannah handles them with such ease and understanding. She has a wonderful ability to help regulate their emotions and always makes them feel calm, safe, and happy.
Hannah has fitted into our family seamlessly, and it’s hard to imagine finding anyone as special as her. She is incredibly kind, patient, and loving with the children, and she consistently goes above and beyond in everything she does. We feel so lucky to have her.

Part of the family

Nanny Hannah is simply wonderful and has taught us so much through the first few years of parenthood with our two kids. If we could take her with us on our next moving adventure we would!! Couldn't ask for a more caring, compassionate, gentle human who has become part of our family. It's hard to find the balance between a caregiver who lets the parents be the 'hero' but also becomes a star of the kid's world. We miss you already!

A bubbly and warm nanny

Hannah has been looking after my 2 boys (5 and 1) since July. She has been very flexible with changes in routines in the family and has also been able to offer babysitting. She is a warm and bubbly person, my eldest took to her straight away even though he had never been looked after without us before besides from part time at nursery. She is creative and thinks of new ideas of things to do and she checks in with us too about what we would like. We are hoping school holidays and babysitting can work out well as it would be great to continue the relationship.

A good start

Hannah looked after my kids while I went to a show with my mother. She ensured she knew all about the kids from their likes to any health needs. She fed them, played with them loads and ensured they went to bed on time.

What with their being older she didn't go up to check they were asleep before we got back. They weren't. And older kids do still like to be tucked in.

The kids were jealous of her Chinese so I got one in the following day - we probably should have discussed food before her arrival and I could have ensured the kids could buy in at the same time.

Lastly I'm AuDHD and my kids are neurodivergent so she was patient and understanding. They obviously weren't themselves on a first visit and she didn't have to cope with any upset. But I think she'd cope well if she did.

My mum and I felt a little triggered around some personal questions and turns of phrase before we left. But it was short lived and we had a lovely time. On discussion with the kids they'd happily have her come again. Thank you Hannah.

Simply wonderful

Hannah has been with our family for a few months so far and is absolutely wonderful with our daughter. She is caring and communicative, always keen to offer valuable advice and very sweet with our elderly dogs as well. We highly recommend her and wish we could pin her down for more days!

Super addition to the household

Hannah came in to replace our previous nanny, so she had to work a little bit extra to gain our daughters friendship -which she did brilliantly. She is a great source of help to me, not only with looking after our two children (5yo & 1yo) but also around the house. Something I find invaluable. The kids are happy and well looked after. Hannah is supporting brilliantly with reading and general development and knows how to lay a clear, yet kind boundary with our feisty 5yo. They do excellent play times and I especially love half terms, when they get to go out on adventures together.
Would highly recommend Hannah’s services.

Kind and understanding

Hannah looked after our son on our wedding day. She took time with him before the day to get to know him. She was very patient and took the lead she was motivated and experienced. My son is very energetic and knows what he wants which can sometimes cause frustrations but she took it in her stride and was honestly the best decision we made. I could relax and enjoy the day knowing he was very well cared for and happy. He even gave her a nickname called Honey which was very cute and he spoke about Hannah after the big day so we knew he too had had a wonderful and fun time with her. We have recommended Hannah to many of our friends since and would definitely use her services again.

Very friendly

Hannah started with us when my boy was 11 months old this year. Till date she has been amazing. She has been able to get along with baby very soon and made him comfortable. She has good knowledge, and also suggests things as per requirements. She follows a routine and takes baby outdoors for activities.

Adaptable and friendly

Hannah has been looking after our 15month old daughter for the past 4 months whilst I returned to work full time on a temporary basis. I was very anxious about returning to work as we don’t live near family so our daughter had only been left alone with myself and her dad and at the beginning, she hadn’t gone to sleep for anyone else! Hannah went out of her way to help our daughter settle. She tried different techniques and has been very accommodating of our daughter loving contact naps!
Hannah has communicated well with us throughout, sending us pictures, messages and keeping a note of naps, food consumed, nappies etc. My partner has been working from home and Hannah has communicated well with him at the start/end of each day.
Hannah has been adaptable, judging what to do each day based on our daughters needs. She has taken her to the park, on walks, made her lunch, sorted her washing, quieter days playing with her with toys and in the garden. She has built a good relationship with our daughter and it has been so nice to be able to go to work and know she is in safe hands! Hannah has been reliable and efficient throughout her time with us. We will use Hannah again if we need childcare in the future.
