My Summary

My Experience

I have worked with children of all ages, abilities, ethnic backgrounds, faiths and with learning/behaviour/special needs for nearly 30 years. During this time I have worked voluntarily and on a paid basis from the occasional babysitting to working in Nurseries, Schools, After school clubs, nannying and in a Residential Children's Home. Moreover, I have the experience and skills of being a parent, which I feel is the hardest and most challenging of all and the time when you learn more about what a child needs and wants. Additionally, I have experience of some Teaching skills through completing the first year of a BA Hons Early Years Degree with QTS. I unfortunately had to postpone my studies for financial reasons but I hope to commence them in the near future. Through this I have gained vital skills and knowledge in curriculum subjects and I understand how the curriculum works. Moreover, I have had training as a home tutor on a one-to-one basis, so can provide your child/children with support when completing their homework. I am competent with English and have some knowledge with other subjects.

8 GCSE's and some equivalent Gcse's in science, Maths and ICT
BTEC First Diploma in Caring
Access to Higher Education
GCSE English Online A and Speaking/Listening skills A*
First Year of BA HONS Advanced Early Years with QTS
NCFE (Initial Training) - Classroom Assistant Level 2, Stage 1
Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce.

My Availability

I am available Monday-Friday from 9am until 2.15pm.

My Fees

• Nannying from £10.00 per hour (gross)

The fees I charge will depend on my roles/responsibilities and the circumstances. These will be negotiable with the right person.
